Managing Your Subscription

View your subscription status, update payment methods, or cancel from your account settings.

Viewing Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings
  2. Click "Subscription" or "Billing"
  3. See your current plan, renewal date, and payment method

Updating Payment Method

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click "Update Payment Method"
  3. Enter new card details
  4. Save changes

Changing Plans

You can switch between monthly and annual billing:

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click "Change Plan"
  3. Select your preferred billing cycle
  4. Confirm the change

Canceling Your Subscription

  1. Go to Settings > Subscription
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription"
  3. Select a reason (optional)
  4. Confirm cancellation

What Happens When You Cancel

If you cancel or downgrade:

  1. Your data is NEVER deleted
  2. If you have more than 2 pets, you'll choose which to keep active
  3. History older than 90 days is hidden (not deleted)
  4. You can re-upgrade anytime to restore full access
