View your subscription status, update payment methods, or cancel from your account settings.
Viewing Your Subscription
- Go to Settings
- Click "Subscription" or "Billing"
- See your current plan, renewal date, and payment method
Updating Payment Method
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Update Payment Method"
- Enter new card details
- Save changes
Changing Plans
You can switch between monthly and annual billing:
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Change Plan"
- Select your preferred billing cycle
- Confirm the change
Canceling Your Subscription
- Go to Settings > Subscription
- Click "Cancel Subscription"
- Select a reason (optional)
- Confirm cancellation
What Happens When You Cancel
If you cancel or downgrade:
- Your data is NEVER deleted
- If you have more than 2 pets, you'll choose which to keep active
- History older than 90 days is hidden (not deleted)
- You can re-upgrade anytime to restore full access
