Can I try before paying?

Yes! Our Free plan lets you manage 2 pets with full features. Try it out, and upgrade to Premium anytime for unlimited pets and extended history.

What happens if I downgrade from Premium?

Your data is never deleted. If you have more than 2 pets, you'll choose which ones to keep active. Older history will be hidden (not deleted), and you can see it again if you re-upgrade.

Is there a family plan or per-pet pricing?

No per-pet pricing here! Premium is per-household with unlimited pets. We think that's fairer for families with multiple furry friends.

Can I export my data if I cancel?

Absolutely. Data export (PDF) is available on the Free plan. You can always download your pet's records, even if you cancel Premium.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Annual plans can be paid in one payment.

Is there a refund policy?

Yes, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on annual plans. If Pet Vault isn't right for you, just reach out.
