Premium users can create temporary access links for pet sitters, dog walkers, or anyone who needs short-term access to pet information.
Creating Pet Sitter Access
- Go to Settings > Household
- Click "Pet Sitter Access" or "Temporary Access"
- Select which pets to share
- Set the access duration (1 day to 4 weeks)
- Choose what they can see/do
- Generate the access link
- Share the link with your pet sitter
What Pet Sitters Can Access
- Basic pet information (name, photo, special needs)
- Feeding instructions
- Medication schedules
- Emergency contacts
- Optionally: ability to log activities
Managing Access
You can revoke pet sitter access at any time from Settings > Household. Access automatically expires after the duration you set.
Note: Pet sitter access is a Premium feature. It's designed for temporary caregivers - for permanent household members, use the regular invite feature.
